Any future tokenized gold, digital asset, or gold-backed financial product would require legal review, regulatory analysis, licensed or compliant partners, custody arrangements, independent audit, risk disclosure, KYC/AML procedures, and applicable regulatory compliance.

4. No Gold Account or Custody Service

K.GOLD does not currently provide gold accounts, gold wallets, gold custody, gold storage, gold purchase services, gold redemption services, or physical gold withdrawal services.

Any future digital gold account or vaulted gold reserve service would require cooperation with compliant bullion dealers, vault custody providers, payment providers, audit firms, insurance providers, and legal advisors.

5. No Yield, Dividend, or Guaranteed Return

K.GOLD does not currently offer any yield program, dividend program, fixed return, interest product, bullion leasing income program, or gold-backed income strategy.

Gold prices can fluctuate significantly. Any future gold reserve, bullion leasing, inventory financing, or yield-related structure would involve risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, custody risk, operational risk, legal risk, and regulatory risk.

No return, income, redemption, liquidity, or principal protection is guaranteed.

6. Future Products Require Legal and Regulatory Review

Any future product, service, account, private placement, token, fund, bullion leasing program, jewelry inventory financing program, or gold-backed financial infrastructure would require appropriate legal review and applicable regulatory compliance before launch.

Depending on the structure, future activities may require legal analysis under securities laws, commodities laws, precious metals dealer rules, money transmission rules, anti-money laundering requirements, consumer protection laws, tax rules, and other applicable regulations.

For example, certain private securities offerings in the United States may rely on Regulation D exemptions such as Rule 506(b) or Rule 506(c), each with specific requirements regarding solicitation, investor qualification, and accredited investor verification.
